40 x sit ups

30 x box jumps

20 x handstand push ups

10 x burpees

5 x sumo deadlift

SKILL/STRENGTH:

1) 5 minute EMOM – 3 position snatch (1 + 1 + 1), floor + below knee + above knee

2) Snatch push press 3x3x3

WOD: 8 rounds for time,

3 x snatches 

5 x toes to bar 

7 x box jump overs
