SKILL: Kipping Pull Up progressions

WOD: In 15 minutes, complete AMRAP of ascending ladder,

150 m sprint

3 x front squats 

3 x pull ups

150 m sprint

5 x front squats

5 x pull ups

150 m sprint

7 x front squats

7 x pull ups

…continue the pattern, increase front squats and pull ups by 2 reps each round
