SKILL/STRENGTH: For quality, not time, 2 rounds,

2 x length walking lunges

30 x push ups

2 x length walking lunges

30 x kettle bell swings

WOD: Death by “Thrusters”

1 x thruster on Minute 1

2 x thrusters on Minute 2

….continue adding one rep per minute until you cannot finish the allotted thrusters in the minute

DURABILITY: 30 x toes to bar & 30 x back extensions
