SKILL: Double Unders, then…

The 5 Minute Flight Simulator – 5, 10, 15, 20…

Athlete must complete the set of 5 double unders UNBROKEN before moving onto the set of 10 UNBROKEN double unders. Keep increasing by 5’s for each UNBROKEN set. Record furthest successfully completed round.

WOD: 12 minute AMRAP
