STRENGTH: Three sets of,
Deadlift x 4-6 reps, touch and go
Rest 30 seconds
Dumbell rows x 8-10 reps, each arm
Rest 30 seconds
Row x 60 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

WOD: Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 x Handstand Push-ups 
3 x Deadlifts 
6 x Handstand Push-ups
3 x Deadlifts
9 x Handstand Push-ups
3 x Deadlifts
12 x Handstand Push-ups
6 x Deadlifts
15 x Handstand Push-ups
6 x Deadlifts

18 x Handstand Push-ups
6 x Deadlifts
21 x Handstand Push-ups
9 x Deadlifts
Etc., adding 3 x reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 x reps to the deadlift every 3 rounds.
