ENDURANCE: 3 x 400 m runs (200 m scaled), rest 1 min between runs – goal is to keep pace within 5 seconds of each split

WOD: AMRAP 14:00

10 x box jumps 

10 x front rack walking lunges

10 x sumo deadlift high pulls

OLYWOD 

STRENGTH:

A) Two position power snatch – EMOM 10:00 – High hang + floor

B) Snatch high pull 5 x 3

WOD: Complete for time, in any rep scheme combo.,

30 x power snatches 

30 x handstand push ups

30 x chest to bar pull ups
