SKILL: Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes,

Minute 1 – STRICT handstand push ups x 6-8 reps 

Minute 2 – Pistols x 6-8, total

Minute 3 – As many UNBROKEN double unders as possible

WOD: 4 sets of “Cindy” 3:00 minute sprints,

5 x pull ups 

10 x push ups 

15 x squats

Perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes, then rest 90 seconds between rounds and pick up where you left off to start the next round. Score total number of rounds completed.
