STRENGTH: Press – 8 @ 50%, 6 @ 60%, 4 @ 70%, 2 x 3 @ 80%

WOD: With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of,

2 x [10 x burpees]

2 x [10 x sumo deadlift high pull] (75/55, 55/45, 45/35)

2 x [ 10 x pull ups] (Rx, bands, jump)

1 round = each person does the exercise of 10 reps, so basically the exercises are each done twice.

Only 1 person works at a time.

Round up those friends and bring them on in! It’s bring a friend week!
