STRENGTH: back squat 3 x 4, 1 x 12

WOD: 5 rounds for time,

9 x sumo deadlift high pull

12 x push press  

15 x back squats

 

OLYMPIC LIFTING

SKILL: 3 rounds,

6 x snatch grip high pull

6 x HIGH box jumps

STRENGTH: 12 min EMOM – 3 x squat snatch (every 4 min add weight)

WOD: 3 rounds for time,

3 x squat snatch

6 x OH squat

9 x toes to bar

Remember, we do have 9:00 am classes available on Mondays and Fridays to beat the heat of the day!
