May 20, 2015 – WODing it Up Plus a Double Under Clinic!

SKILL/STRENGTH: Tabata KB swings – score is GRAND TOTAL, athletes note weight used
WOD: For time, complete 5 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds

50 x double unders 

20 x KB sumo deadlift high pull 

10 x toes to bar 


STRENGTH: 3 position snatch – 1 high hang + 1 mid thigh (right above knee) + 1 floor

1+1+1 @ 55%

1+1+1 @ 60%

3 x 1+1+1 @ 65% (rest between sets)

WOD: 21-15-9

High hang power snatch 

Handstand Push ups
