WOD: With a 30 minute running clock,

First complete 50 x pull ups, then with remaining time, AMRAP of,

5 x burpees

10 x wall ballsĀ 

15 x sit ups


GYM NOTES: Don’t forget…Memorial Day Murph coming up on Monday, May 25th. Gym will open at 4:00 pm and heats of the WOD will begin when athletes are warmed up and ready. WOD will be scaled, so all athletes can participate. Help us Honor Michael Murphy and all the Hero’s of the United States this Memorial Day.

Please note: There will be no 5:30 am class or 9:00 am class this day.
