23 Apr April 22, 2015 Posted under: Workouts SKILL: Work exclusively on the “open/closed” positions on pull up bar, then transition to “pull up – push away” WOD: “CINDY” 20 min AMRAP of, 5 x pull ups 10 x push ups 15 x squats SKILL: 2 position snatch – 5 sets of, 2 x high hang power snatch + 2 x full squat snatch from the floor Add weight each set, if possible. WOD: 10 min AMRAP 3 x sumodeadlift high pull 5 x squat snatch 7 x high box jumps We love JYD!!!!!!!!
