STRENGTH: front squat 3 x 3 x 3 & one heavy set of 10

WOD: It’s an EMOM Burner for max reps!

Min 1 – 30 sec of KB swings, 30 sec rest

Min 2 – 30 sec of 10 m shuttle runs, 30 sec rest (1 length = 1 rep)

Min 3 – 30 sec sit ups, 30 sec rest

Min 4 – 30 sec pull ups, 30 sec rest 

Min 5 – 8, repeat
