STRENGTH: Push press 5-5-5-5-5

WOD: In 14 minutes, complete as many reps as possible of pull ups

Begin with 10 x thrusters, and then every two minutes complete 10 more thrusters

*At min 0:00 – 10 x thrusters…then max # pull ups

At min 2:00 – 10 x thrusters….then max # pull ups

…..continue this pattern every two minutes
