2 x jerks + 1 x split jerk @ 65% of 1 RM

(work on getting comfortable under the bar in the split position – hold lock out in bottom position for 3 seconds)

WOD: 8 minute AMRAP of

8 x sumo deadlift high pulls

8 x handstand  push ups

Right into…

2 minutes max burpees

*score is total number reps, including burpees
