SKILL: double unders – focus on technique and reducing wasted energy

WOD: For max total reps,

12 Minutes
Run 1 Mile 
With the remaining time AMRAP –  5 x pullups and 10 x push ups 
Immediately into:
8 Minutes
Run 800 meters 
With the remaining time AMRAP – 30 x Double Unders and 15 Sit-ups
Immediately into:
4 Minutes
Run 400 meters 
With the remaining time AMRAP Lateral Burpees over the Bar
