BUDDY WEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!!!!

WOD: In a team of TWO, complete for max reps,

4 min – 150 m sprints (each sprint = 10 reps)

4 min – max kettle bell swings 

4 min – max box jumps 

4 min – handstand push ups

*Only 1 athlete works at a time, switch as necessary.

**No rest between exercise, rotate immediate upon completion of 4 min interval

***Score equals TOTAL reps completed by your team
