5 reps @ 45%

5 reps @ 50%

5 reps @ 60%

3 reps @ 70%

3 reps @ 80%

2+ reps @ 85%

WOD: For max reps in 12 minutes,

2 x clean and jerk 

2 x toes to bar

Add two reps per movement, each successive round.

HIP MOBILITY 
STRENGTH:

1) OH squats 3 sets x 10 reps @ 135/95, 95/65, 65/35 – choose a weight that you can go unbroken, rest 1 min between sets

2) Snatch push press 3-3-3

WOD: For time, 15-12-9-6-3

Power Snatch (115/85, 85/55, 55/35)
