WOD: 3 rounds, 3 min AMRAPs with 1:30 rest between rounds

5 x front squats 

5 x hand release push ups 

5 x box jumps

STRENGTH:

A) 3 position power snatch EMOM 10:00 @ 65-70% of high hang – do not build weight

1 x high hang

1 x above knee

1 x floor

B) Snatch Push press 3-3-3

WOD: For time,

Power snatch 15-10-5

Handstand Push up 5-10-15
