STRENGTH: Front squat 5-5-5-5-5

WOD: AMRAP in 8:00

3 x push press, 3 x box jump overs

6 x push press, 6 x box jump overs

9 x push press, 9 x box jump overs

….increase by 3 reps each round for both exercises

 

OLYWOD

STRENGTH: EMOM x 10 min – 3 x power cleans + 1 x jerk @ 60-65% of 1 RM

WOD: 8 min burner AMRAP

6 x hand release push ups 

12 x KB swings 

24 x double unders
