A WOD with a CHOICE….

Athlete choice of rounds, 15/30/45

1 x handstand push up

2 x front squat

3 x burpee

Your choice really does influence your workout. For example, you could go with the lowest round scheme but go Rx and have a heavy, but shorter WOD. Or, you could go light and long and go for 45 rounds. It’s not too often you get a choice like this, so when you do, put the most into your choice by intentional programming with your outcome goals.
