3 minute blocks, must complete 2 rounds in each block in order to qualify for next block,
Min: 0-3, 2 rounds
9 x thrusters
27 x double unders
Min: 3-6, 2 rounds
11 x thrusters
33 x single unders
Min: 6-9, 2 rounds
13 x thrusters
39 x double unders
….and so on until you are unable to complete the 2 rounds in the 3 minute block
