SKILL: Tabata hollow holds on rings or dip rack, upon completion of last set of Tabata hold, complete 25 x dips

WOD: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 

Deadlifts 

Burpees

OLYWOD

STRENGTH: 3 position cleans – high hang, below knee, floor x 5 sets

WOD: 4 rounds

2 minutes to complete,

5 x jerk

10 x kettle bell swings

15 x sit ups

AMRAP burpees with remaining time

*score is total number of burpees
