SKILL: Turkish Get Ups 3 x 6/arm

WOD: For time,

20 x handstand push ups

30 x burpees

40 x push ups 

50 x wall balls

75 x double unders 

400 m run 



STRENGTH: In 20 minutes, work up to a 1 RM clean and jerk

WOD: 3 rounds, 3:00 each round (1 min recovery between rounds)

15 x push press

10 x burpees

AMRAP double unders
