WOD: “Barbell Chipper”

For time,

10 x press

15 x overhead squats

20 x push press

25 x front squats

30 x jerks

35 x back squats

Barbell weight remains the same for all movements. Bar must be pulled from the floor.

DURABILITY: Plank Tabata, place a weight on your back if you can!
