July 1, 2014 – Buddy WOD Week Day Two!

WOD: In 18 minutes, complete AMRAP of:

4 x handstand push ups

8 x kettle bell swings

12 x sit ups

Athletes alternate exercises.




Thank you to all the athletes who brought buddies in today! Mad chaos, but good times! Amazing effort put forth by all! 

Reminder…the summer special runs through July 10th. 6 weeks of WODs (2 per week) and Saturday workouts – $100 (tax included)
