In 3:00, complete AMRAP of DU’s/Su’s,

Then complete 5 Rounds,
In 2:00, complete
200m Run
AMRAP Wallballs
then, Rest 1:00

Score is total number of Wall Balls + DU’s/SU’s.

There is no rest time between DU’s and start of the run/wallball sets.


The 4th of July Camp Patriot Run is right around the corner….are you signed up yet? 

Go for a fun 1 mile run or the bigger 5 K if you’ve got it in you!

Or…if you think you have what it takes….the 100 lb 5 K challenge!

FOCF has a group of 100 lb club members…who else is up to the task?!?!?!
