It’s a TRUE LOVE type of WOD!!!

SKILL: 500 m row, for time

WOD: Against a 20 minute running clock, complete,

400 m medball run 

50 x sit ups

40 x box jumps 

30 x KB Swings 

20 x log roll push ups

then AMRAP of wall balls w/remaining time
