WOD: With a partner, 

Round 1 : 5:00 min

15 x sumo deadlift high pulls, each

Then, max reps wall ball shots

Round 2: 5:00 min

15 x sumo deadlift high pulls, each

Then, max reps box jumps

Round 3: 5:00 min

15 x sumo deadlift high pulls, each

Then, max reps sit ups

OLYWOD

STRENGTH: EMOM 10 minutes

Partner 1) 5 x high hang power clean

Partner 2) 5 x burpees

*switch exercises with partner every minute

WOD: Team “Running Karen”

150 x wall ball shots for time

* Every 2 minutes, run 150 m with your partner
