SKILL: OH PVC squat X 50 –for quality

WOD: 30 rounds for time, 15:00 time cap

1 x clean and jerk

1 x chest to bar pull up 

 

Overhead Barbell Position

Note in the first image, barbell position is over the heels – correct

Note in the second image, barbell position is too far behind the heels – incorrect – could lose the load behind 

Note in the third image, barbell position is in the forward position over the toes – incorrect – could lose the load to the front
