WOD: 5 rounds, for max reps:

30 seconds – Max Reps DB Hang Power Cleans + Push Press (55/35, 35/20, 20/12.5)
Rest 30 Seconds
30 seconds – Max Reps handstand push ups (Rx, 2 abmats, box)
Rest 30 Seconds
30 seconds – Max Reps Burpees
Rest 30 Seconds

*Rest 1 minute between rounds

DURABILITY: 100 hollow rocks – each ‘rest’ = 15 x supermans
