The MindBody Scheduling System

Using the MindBody Scheduler Online

 

We want your class time at FallOut CrossFit to be the very best experience possible, each and every time. Your coaches are devoted to providing you the highest quality of instruction and we are honored by your commitment to change your life at our school of fitness. We truly appreciate how eager you are to come to class – please take the time to reserve a spot in your desired class so we can properly prepare for you. In order to do so, you can go about it a couple of ways….

1) Go to FallOut CrossFit’s website. (Yes, the site has had technical issues lately, it is the host of the domain (which will remain nameless but has the intials G.D.) that is giving it problems. You can either select the “Schedule” tab at the top or click on MindBody on the right hand side of the page, and then sign in. If your computer does not support I-frames, there is a link to click that will open a new tab with a supported version of MindBody for your computer after you select “Schedule” and scroll midway down the page.

2) If FallOut CrossFit is inaccessible, you can get into MindBody by using this link. Save it somewhere, maybe a bookmark, for easy access. Once you are signed in, click on Classes and you will be able to select the class you want.

You should have received log in information in a welcome email upon joining FOCF. Check your email for one if you don’t have that log in information available. And if all else fails, we can help you create your log in information at the gym.

 It is very easy to sign in (I’m sure those of you who already do this would agree) and reserve a spot in your desired class! Your coaches will not be responsible for signing you in, but they are more than happy to help you learn the process.

A few things to note:

  • Cut off time to sign in is 60 minutes prior to class commencing

  • The 5:30 am class has a cut off time of 9:00 pm, the evening prior

  • Cancellation is 120 minutes prior to class commencing (unless there is a special circumstance)

  • If you choose to attend more than one CrossFit class per day, you will need to register for each one.
