STRENGTH: EMOM for MAX REPS– front squats @ 60-65% of 1 RM, starting @ 3 reps, add 3 more reps every minute until failure to complete in minute.

Min 0 = 3

Min 1 = 6

Min 2 = 9

Min 3 = 12 and so on….

WOD:

3 rounds, max rounds in 4 minutes of,

15 x push press 

5 x burpees

(rest 2 minutes between rounds)

Pick up where left off from in previous round!
