STRENGTH: 3 sets: deadlifts x 5 reps @ 70-75% of 1 RM, rest 1 minute, then max # handstand push ups

WOD:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 Push Press
15 Kettlebell Swings 

Rest 2 minutes, then,

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 Pull-Ups 
10 Box Jumps 

 

OLYWOD

STRENGTH: EMOM for 10 minutes,

3 jerks + 2 box jumps

WOD:

4 rounds for time,

15 high hang power snatches

10 hand release push ups

75 m sprint
