Don’t forget our annual Fall Anniversary Party at FallOut CrossFit!!!

It’s all happening this Saturday at the gym beginning at 5:00 pm!

A dodgeball game may just need to make it’s appearance again this year!!

WOD: 15 minute Kettlebell & Box Jump Ladder

2 Kettle Bell swings

2 Box Jumps

4 KB swings

4 Box Jumps

6 KB swings

6 Box Jumps

….increase in increments of 2’s
