AMRAP: 8 minutes

10 x double unders

5 x thrusters

 

OlyWOD

Skill: 50 x PVC squat cleans

Strength: Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes,

1 x power clean + 4 x weighted lunges w/bar in rack position

Durability: 4 x 200 m row sprints
