STRENGTH: 2 deadlifts @ 75-85% of 1 RM + 5 double unders/15 x SU’s, EMOM for 15 minutes

 

WOD: In 10 minutes, complete AMRAP of pull ups after completing,

400 m run (Rx, Rx, 200 m)

50 wall balls (20/14, 14/10, 10/6)

25 box jumps (24/22, 20, plates/step ups)

AMRAP pull ups….

OLYWOD

Strength: EMOM for 10 minutes, 1 push press + 1 jerk

For time: 21-15-9-9-15-21

Deadlift

Burpee
