SKILL: One legged squats (AKA ‘pistols’)

 

“The Cinco 1”

3 rounds, for time:

5 x deadlifts

5 x weighted 1 legged squats, left leg 

5 x weighted 1 legged squats, right leg

Then, 80’ handstand walk
