A big thanks to a local Hero, Joshua Elliot for participating in our WOD last night! What a privilege to have him come to our gym! A truly inspirational individual, he pushed to the limits. And, in fact, he pushed so hard his prosthetic blade snapped. OOOPS! In great spirit, Joshua took it in stride. That was a first he said, and he’s done CrossFit from here to California! Josh will be at the Camp Patriot run, too!
