STRENGTH: Complete as many weighted/strict pull ups as possible in 5 minutes.

In teams of two, complete, for time:
100 Pull-Ups 
300 Meter Farmer’s Carry 
100 Wall Ball Shots 
300 Meter Farmer’s Carry
100 Burpee Box Jumps 
300 Meter Farmer’s Carry

One person working at a time. May go together during farmer’s carry and switch weight whenever necessary.
