SKILL: Hold it! Accumulate 5 minutes of hang & plank – must do some of both, but does not have to be equal. Rest time/transition time does not count!

 

For time,

100 Double Unders /50 Kettlebell Swings

80 Double Unders/ 40 KB Swings

60 Double Unders/ 30 KB Swings

40 DU’s/ 20 KBS

20 DU’s/ 10 KBS
