Skill: 3 rounds (as fast as you can each round):

10 x kipping pull ups

25 x double unders

Rest 2 minutes

These are designed to be sprint sets. You will have to be quick, as well as unbroken, to give yourself an edge on other athletes . . . this is your chance to practice how to do that when the workout includes elements that many athletes can do unbroken!

 

WOD: Complete as many rounds/rep as possible in 15 minutes of:

4 x handstand push ups

8 x KB swings

12 x box jumps
