EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 10 minutes: 3 OH squats @ 70% of 1 RM

WOD: For time, 5 rounds of:

200 m run

10 toes to bar

5 hand release push ups

 

 

July 19, 2013

SKILL: GHD sit ups

WOD:

Five sets, note TIME OF EACH ROUND of:
350 Meter Row or 300 Meter Run
20 Kettlebell Swings
20 Push-Ups
Rest 4 minutes
