(5 MIN REST)

10 min AMRAP of:
5 sumo deadlift high pulls
10 KB swings
15 double unders

 

OLYWOD

1) 3 reps x 10 sets of power snatch @ 80% of 1 RM

2) snatch push press 3 – 3 – 3

For time:

10 x ring dips

50 single unders

9 x ring dips

50 single unders

…continue pattern until 1 x ring dip & 50 single unders
