ENDURANCE:

2 x 800 m run w/2 min rest between

* if times are not w/in :30 of each other, penalty is 20 burpees

 

OLY LIFTING:

2 x 2 high hang power clean

2 x 2 power clean

2 x 2 clean

For time, 2 rounds:

150 m run

10 strict pull ups

150 m run

10 toes to bar

150 m run

10 OH plate lunges
