STRENGTH: Halting clean deadlift 5 x 3

The clean deadlift is stopped at approximately mid-thigh and this position held for 2-5 seconds before returning the bar to the floor.

AMRAP 15 minutes:

3 Power cleans
7 Burpees
10 Box jumps
