Overhead Squats: 5-5-3-3-2

 

On a 20 minute countdown: Increase double unders in increments of 5

After every successful, unbroken, completed set of double unders, perform 8 push ups + 4 burpees

Example:

5 double unders + 8 push ups + 4 burpees….10 double unders + 8 push ups + 4 burpees…15 double unders + 8 push ups + 4 burpees

Miss = redo that set
