25 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
25 Kettlebell Swings

* All movements performed with SAME Kettlebell or Dumbell
** Every 2:00 minutes, perform 150 m run

Power Snatch + Squat Snatch (2 + 1) x 5 sets

7 chest to bar pull ups

7 pistols

7 strict leg lifts
