AMRAP 8 minutes:

8 clapping push ups

8 V ups

8 burpees

400 m run

25 push ups

200 m run

25 squats

400 m run

25 pull ups

200 m run

25 sit ups

400 m run

25 wall balls

200 m run

25 dips

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Box Jumps x 15 reps
Push-Ups x 15 reps

Rest 2 minutes

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Wall Ball Shots x 15 reps
Kettlebell Swings x 15 reps

Rest 2 minutes

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Pull-Ups x 15 reps
Burpees x 15 reps
