My favorite WOD/exercise is: I like chippers the best like the Filthy Fifty! But I like doing anything with heavy weight.
My nemesis exercise is: Running and anything on the pullup bar. Not my strong points.
My proudest accomplishment is: I am pretty proud of the strength that I have gained this year. I have really worked hard on cleaning up my diet and getting in the gym and working on my strength and technique.
My six month goal is: In the next six months I would like to be able to say I have done my first powerlifting meet!! That would probably be my biggest goal! I would also like to really work on my weaknesses, pullups and toes to bar, getting them connected. I plan on getting my Olympic lifting certification, and of course, complete the Crossfit Open!!!
My favorite cheat food is: I LOVE to eat so this is hard. I love pizza, pasta, and Mexican food! Pretty much if you put it in front of me I’ll eat it, except celery… I hate celery.
If I created a WOD and named it after myself, the workout would be: Lots of squats, deadlifts, presses, and snatches (I don’t think that is a word).
What I love most about FOCF: I love our FOCF crew! Everybody works so hard and makes me more motivated to go in and work my butt off! FallOut has literally changed my life and I am so glad to have so many great friends in the gym! That is what makes me keep going back!
